Thank you for your interest in making a gift to the Adair County Health Foundation, which was established in 1998 with the sole mission of encouraging gifts to support Adair County Health System.

The Impact of Your Gifts

Past contributions have funded a wide variety of projects, including patient room and furniture enhancements, clinic exam room beds, mammogram machine, surgical lighting and instruments, and patient monitoring systems.

Types of Gifts
The gifts outlined below may be given for general use or designated for specific services, departments, or programs.
- DONATIONS are gifts or pledges of cash, insurance policies, real estate, stocks, bonds, or other property. These may be given any time throughout the year in the many ways listed above. The Foundation also sponsors several campaigns throughout the year, including the annual community campaign and employee giving campaign.
- MEMORIALS allow donors to remember or honor a loved one who has passed away.
- HONOR GIFTS allow donors to honor a living person or group.
- WILLS AND BEQUESTS are another way to give to the Foundation. Please consult a personal attorney and/or financial planner for advice on these options.
Golf Tournament
The Foundation hosts an annual golf tournament and supports other special events throughout the year. The tournament provides the community, as well as 正规赌博十大平台排行 staff, partners, and vendors with a fun-filled day on the golf course to support our organization.
